About Summer

My name is Summer Carter, and I’m proud to call Princeton, West Virginia home. I grew up in the close-knit community of Montcalm, where I learned the value of hard work, integrity, and connection—qualities I bring to every aspect of my real estate career. I’m a dedicated mother of four wonderful children, ages 13, 11, 4, and 2, and I’ve spent the past seven years serving as a federal employee with the United States Postal Service. That experience strengthened my commitment to serving others and my attention to detail—skills that now help me guide clients through one of life’s most important decisions. Now, as a licensed real estate agent in West Virginia (and soon in Virginia), I’m thrilled to join the Coldwell Banker Hendrick team. I’m passionate about helping families find their perfect home and creating a smooth, stress-free experience for every client I work with. I’m excited to grow, learn, and make a lasting impact in our community!
