About Robbie

Born in Dallas in 1970 and raised in both Dallas and Pittsburgh throughout my childhood years, I moved to Northern New Mexico in 2018, after being in Florida for twenty years. I have found paradise in Northern New Mexico and plan to be a resident here for the rest of my life. It is truly the Land of Enchantment. The founder of The Walking Rain Group and member of Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties, I have been involved with real estate transactions in many different avenues throughout my 30-plus years in the banking, insurance and real estate industries. Beginning as a mortgage loan processor, I have also worked as a mortgage loan underwriter, operations manager for processors and underwriters, manager of a loss mitigation center of more than 400 employees for one of the largest banks in the country, director of residential lending for a community bank in Tampa, Florida, licensed property insurance sales producer, and a deposit and loan compliance officer for a community bank based in College Station, Texas. I was a volunteer firefighter for Rio Arriba County’s Ojo Sarco VFD and spent two months during the pandemic at the Emergency Operations Command Center for logistics. I have served in many volunteer roles, such as the President of the High Road Artisans Organization, various board member positions for the Enchanted Circle Association of Realtors, and the Angel Fire Chamber of Commerce. I believe in open and honest communication, providing exceptional service and care, and I honestly love helping clients-friends to make their dreams come true.
