About Robbie

Born in Dallas, I moved to Northern New Mexico in 2018 with my partner – Chris Sullivan, an abstract artist/painter – and our beagle/pointer mix, Charlotte, who goes by Charley or Miss C. I have found paradise in Northern New Mexico and plan to be a resident here for the rest of my life. A new member to Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties, I have been involved with real estate transactions in many different avenues throughout my 20-plus years in the banking and insurance industries. Beginning as a mortgage loan processor, I have also worked as a mortgage loan underwriter, operations manager for processors and underwriters, manager of a loss mitigation center of more than 400 employees for one of the largest banks in the country, director of residential lending for a community bank in Tampa, Florida, licensed property insurance sales producer, and a deposit and loan compliance officer for a community bank based in College Station, Texas. I now volunteer as a firefighter for Rio Arriba County’s Ojo Sarco VFD and spent two months during the pandemic at the Emergency Operations Command Center for logistics.
