The Shawn Schmidt Group was formed in 2015 when my daughter Carly (Smith) Petrucci obtained her Real Estate license.  Two years later we added a family friend who wished to move back home from Grand Rapids to be closer to family.  In 2022 we hired Ginger Torresan Heyn to be our Operations Manager/Transaction Coordinator. Later in 2022, Mike Petrucci, Carly's husband, joined our group.  In 2022 our team volume closed the year with $51 million dollars in volume.  We are a full service team making sure your transaction runs as smooth as possible.
