About Mike

Mike strives to make every real estate transaction as seamless and stress-free for his clients as possible. Working with his wife Carly Petrucci along with the rest of the Shawn Schmidt Group, Mike has the backing and support of one of the top producing real estate groups in Traverse City. Mike holds two bachelor degrees, one in mathematics from Central Michigan University (where he was also captain of the football team) and the other in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University. With a background in Engineering Sales Management, Mike has a strong analytic and detail-oriented approach to his real estate business. In his spare time, Mike enjoys fly fishing, hunting, and hiking all of the beautiful trails that Traverse City and its surrounding area have to offer.
