About Carly

Carly is a Traverse City native and top producing Realtor. She works for her family-owned brokerage, Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors, which was founded by her great-great grandfather in downtown Traverse City in the 1920s. In 2024, Carly personally oversaw 24 transactions for her clients for a total sales volume of over $20.2M. Carly works alongside her husband, Mike Petrucci, who closed 27 transactions in 2024 with over $5M in sales volume. After graduating from TC Central High School, Carly went on to receive a Bachelors from the University of Notre Dame before returning home to begin her career in real estate in 2016. Carly takes a proactive, solution-oriented approach to her client's transactions, keeping her clients fully informed every step of the way. She prides herself on earning her client's trust through truly listening to their wants and needs. Her goal is to become a trusted, lifelong real estate advisor for each and every client she serves, forming relationships that last well beyond a single sale.
