About Tim

About Me I have been a Sarasota resident since 1972. After relocating from Pennsylvania I began a successful 35 year career in telecommunications with GTE and Sprint Nextel. During that time I worked in a highly competitive industry that required adapting to constant change. Much like buying and selling real estate. The numerous sales and management positions I held during my tenure has provided me the necessary skill sets to assist buyers and sellers in successful real estate transactions. Strengths include negotiating, conflict management, communicating and Integrity. I have been very involved in the community through various civic organizations and local charities. I have also coached youth and high school football in Sarasota for 35 years. Interests include travel, skiing, golf and all sports related activities.
