As a recovering Yankee, I've spent the last 27 years visiting Florida. Unfortunately, each time I left, I found fewer reasons to go. After decades of seeking sun, sand, the perfect tan, and a golf handicap below 12 , I happily chose to make Florida my home. Prior to becoming a licensed Florida Real Estate Associate, I studied Mathematics, Advertising and Marketing at Penn State University. After graduation, I spent 9 years in Sales in New York City. While planning a 1,149 mile relocation from snow to sand, it took nearly a year to find the perfect place in Florida. I have made the process easier for others by helping to manage it myself.
