About Krista

Krista is a third generation Realtor that was born and raised in the real estate and construction world. Having family roots for three generations Krista has gained a vast and unique perspective within Sarasota and Manatee county. She has a wide range knowledge of each community that helps to identify areas that meet each client's wants and needs. Krista was born and raised in New Jersey and graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor's in American Studies. She grew up on a horse farm and has a fondness for all animals. After working as a Project Manager for several years, Krista made the move to Sarasota to be closer to family and pursue her career in real estate. Krista loves the outdoors and exploring all Sarasota offers, including paddleboarding, mini-golf, bowling and is a foodie and can offer suggestions on the best eateries in town. Krista's communication skills help her to excel in working with both buyers and sellers. She listens to their concerns and works hard to find the best possible solution. Krista's professionalism and dedication to her clients and customers turns a potentially stressful and emotional period into a smooth process.
