About Kathryn

An Upstate New York native, Kathryn moved to Sarasota in 1989 with her three children. She started working at the Sarasota County School Board, in the New Construction Department that was building new schools in the area, where she realized that she loved being a part of building and developing Sarasota for its residents. Her first experience in real estate was selling and marketing for developers for a number of years. In the mid-2000s, Kathryn began working in Senior Retirement communities, selling condos at The Glenridge on Palmer Ranch and then at Sarasota Bay Club. During her career she developed strong business relationships with all the local cultural amenities: Florida Studio Theater, The Asolo Reperatory Theater, Sarasota Opera House, the Van Wezel Performing Arts Center, and Jewish Family and Children Services to help in their Senior Outreach program. Kathryn's knowledge of the needs of the downsizing population is unparalleled. She will make your transition to our beautiful area smooth and easy!
