About Jay

Kyle Anne grew up in Owensboro, Kentucky where she was a 4.0 student, Gymnast and Captain of the Cheerleaders. Graduated Cum Laude from Western Kentucky University with a Pre-Law and English major. She was Vice-President of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority and studied as a Foreign Exchange student as a Freshman throughout Europe. Kyle moved to Atlanta and lived there from 1970-2003 before moving to Sarasota. Kyle has been a Realtor® since 1979 working first in Commercial Real Estate for several years and then changed over to Residential. Kyle Anne met Jay in Atlanta in 1996, married and convinced Jay to get his Real Estate License in 1999 and Brokers' License in 2001. They have worked as a team since 1999. Jay and Kyle Anne decided to move to Sarasota in 2003. They have been working on Siesta Key for 19 years and the last 12 years for Coldwell Banker Realty. Kyle Anne worked as the Business Partner Chairman for Sarasota Middle School and Riverview High School for 5 years. Jay grew up in Westminster, Maryland where he was on Westminster High's soccer and wrestling teams. After graduating he attended the University of Maryland and was Vice-President of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity and graduated with two degrees Anthropology and Recreation.. He loved to travel and has been to 49 states, only missing Alaska and also has traveled to 63 countries. Jay started working in the restaurant business while in college and in Sydney, Australia. When he returned back to the United States he eventually opened up a restaurant in 1979 called Maximillian's Continental-American Cuisine in Marietta Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta and was the Chef/Owner for 19 years. Jay and Kyle love Sarasota because of the beautiful Siesta Key beaches, the great weather and all of the city's amenities. They enjoyed being members of the Sarasota Yacht Club for 7 years. They love dining, sales, dancing, going to beautiful beaches, traveling and boating. They enjoy their careers in Sarasota real estate engaging themselves with their clients and helping them.
