About Grant

Born in the North East, but with a love for the Florida sun, Grant offers 24/7 availability, hard work, and passion for real estate. While vacationing for years in Sarasota and Siesta Key, he has seen the area grow and evolve into complete paradise. After growing his own prior business to nearly $1,000,000 in sales, Grant has aspired for a new challenge as a Realtor®, in a new market he's examined over the years. With an entrepreneurial attitude, strong organizational skills, and formidable negotiation power, he hopes to find the best property for your needs. Prior to his real estate career, Grant attended University of Maryland with a degree in Management. Outside of real estate, Grant enjoys the gym, as well as spending time with family located in Sarasota. He comes from a big family and has an older brother and a dog named Lulu.
