As a trusted real estate agent for my clients, I understand that selling and/or buying a home is greatly involved and personal. There is also a lot at stake throughout the entire process. The responsibility I feel towards my clients drives me to be meticulous in both negotiations and communication. I strive to continually understand the market and all the variables involved in each real estate transaction. I am here to make you feel supported and properly advised every step of the way! I’ve spent nearly two decades as a Florida Sales Associate, while establishing a reputation as a well-respected sales representative for some of the most distinguished businesses, investors, developers, and individuals. I also have a strong background in HOA and property management, as well as creating and expanding resident services programs and partnerships for senior citizens in need. My education is in Business Management and Operations, as well as being a Wartime Veteran. I purchased and managed my first investment property in Sarasota in 2007, which turned into my primary residence in 2019. For decades, Sarasota has been my family’s number one vacation spot, due to the spectacular vast array of white sandy beaches, the ever-changing and growing cultural vibe, and the convenient location along the West Coast of Florida. My ongoing passions include spending fun times with my spouse and our large family of six children and four grandchildren, as well as being a longtime Board President for a thriving 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Las Vegas, NV on behalf of affordable housing communities for thousands of senior citizens.
