His first priority is to make his clients happy, he listens to his clients wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, and he strives to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free. His clients can count on him anytime of the day when they have a question or concern. He was born and raised in Indiana but moved to Sarasota, Florida five year ago. He instantly fell in love with the beautiful landscape and has called Florida his home ever since. Delmar is a proud father of seven boys. In his free time, he loves to spend time with his family and meeting new people.
