Debbie Huffman Real Estate I moved to Sarasota 11 years ago from my life long home in Williamsport, PA after one too many cold winters. I have spent my time here in paradise discovering new neighborhoods and new friends, of which there is many of both. I have 45+ years experience in the field of real estate investment, management, house flipping and renovation. I established and managed a successful Penn State college housing business for 24 years until I sold it in 2014. I still own and manage several rental properties in Sarasota, Hamden, CT and Williamsport, PA. I attempted to retire but found I missed being actively involved in the real estate industry and decided it was time to put my experience to work as a Realtor. Having bought and sold 35+ properties myself, I have hands on experience from both sides of the table. I understand the psyche of both buyers and sellers and am able to put that knowledge to work to bring a deal together. I like a good challenge and the opportunity to help others. Honesty, integrity and a sense of humor are qualities I believe are the most important in life and working relationships. In my leisure time I enjoy the beach, Sarasota's many music venues and trying new wines. I volunteer with children's charities and have a love/hate relationship with golf.
