Chelsa Altena, Your Sarasota Realtor Chelsa is a midwest native who was drawn to Sarasota's award winning white sandy beaches and abundance of arts, culture, dining, and outdoor activities. Her love of the area and a passion for helping people make their home dreams come true, drew her to real estate. She believes each client, from the first-time home owner to the luxury home buyer, deserves the utmost respect and dedication from a Professional Realtor who will go the extra mile. Chelsa graduated summa cum laude from Southeast Missouri State University with a BSBA in Finance. She is a GREEN designated agent, and has earned Coldwell Banker's Residential Community Commercial (RCC) accreditation. Her commitment to the community goes beyond real estate, exemplified by her position as Community Chair of the Sarasota Chamber's Young Professional Group, a graduate of Leadership Sarasota, and a member of Coldwell Banker's Southwest Regional Advisory Group.
