Ben was born and raised in France, where she studied Business in Paris. In finding his career path, Ben had a variety of experiences, from working under the direction of the Marketing VP at Harry Winston to working in a variety of sales and management positions in France and the United States. During that time, Ben Nathan met people who taught him the importance of pursuing excellence – no matter what your profession. Somewhere along my journey, he came to learn about the Japanese concept of Kaizen. It is the Japanese word for improvement. In business, it is a philosophy used to improve a service or process through attention to detail and creative thinking.
