Welcome to sunny Florida! I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2006. I have lived and raised my family in the Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota areas for 34 years and am originally from Massachusetts. When not selling real estate I can be found attending one of the many things to do in our downtowns and surrounding neighborhoods or soaking up the sun at one of our amazing beaches. In addition to general real estate sales I have had the opportunity to work directly in new home sales for builders as well as working directly for the real estate developer of a master planned community. I have extensive knowledge of the area and new home sales, as well as resales and work with both buyers and sellers.
