About Alicia

Alicia brings a keen understanding of the real estate market to her clients and a wealth of experience given her longtime real estate investor background. She immediately makes clients feel at ease as she masterfully takes the lead with her positive, can-do approach and genuinely caring attitude. With an artist/designer background, Alicia creatively negotiates and strategizes outside the box. Her tenacity carries over into her strong work ethic. She works tirelessly to stay on top of every detail for her customers. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee, the Florida Realtors Association, the Sarasota Performing Arts Association, and other local and national organizations. A full-time resident of Sarasota for the past several years, Alicia adores Florida’s Gulf Coast. Since her early days growing up sailing on the the Chesapeake Bay, she has always loved waterfront living. Whether chasing sunsets on the turquoise waters of Sarasota Bay or making music with her band, Alicia treasures the privilege of living in Florida and helping others achieve their real estate dreams in paradise.
