Here to help! Jeff Kattrein is a Sarasota Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Realty’s Siesta Key office. Since 2015, he has helped buyers and sellers make informed real estate decisions through clear advice, responsive communication, and careful market analysis. With more than a decade of experience and over $50 million in career sales, Jeff serves clients throughout Sarasota, Siesta Key, Lakewood Ranch, Palmer Ranch, Longboat Key, Lido Key, Osprey, Nokomis, Venice, and nearby Gulf Coast communities. Jeff works with local buyers and sellers, relocation clients, second-home buyers, investors, and property owners. He helps buyers compare neighborhoods, evaluate properties, understand market conditions, and weigh the tradeoffs between coastal communities, established Sarasota neighborhoods, golf communities, and newer master-planned developments. A former college golfer, Jeff also has firsthand knowledge of the Sarasota area’s golf and country club communities. He helps buyers evaluate membership structures, community fees, HOA requirements, amenities, and resale considerations. Florida real estate presents challenges that are not always obvious from a listing. Jeff helps clients understand practical issues such as flood zones, insurance costs, property condition, HOA rules, inspections, and ownership expenses. Originally from Albany, New York, he graduated magna cum laude from SUNY Oswego, lived and worked in Boston, and has called Sarasota home for more than a decade. Jeff lives in Sarasota with his wife and two children. Outside of real estate, he enjoys golf, hockey, and coaching youth sports.
