About Ben

Happy place, sanctuary, architecture, interior design, safe space… these are just a few of the words that inspire me when I think of Real Estate and helping clients find their dream homes. I also think of my own family's experience with our amazing Coldwell Banker agent who was so effective and impressive, that she inspired me to become a Realtor and join the CB family. I remember showing up a few minutes behind my wife to our first-showing of what would become our Dream House; our agent came to meet me at the curb and left the front-door wide open and I could see into the backyard where there were three horses smiling at us. My wife, Ann, turned to me with tears beginning to swell-I just started chuckling. I couldn't help it and I hadn't even stepped one foot inside the house yet. Our realtor asked, "why are you laughing?" I gestured towards Ann and replied, "if you can't tell, our search is over, we're home." And that moment right there is precisely what I hope to offer you and your family and all of my clients-that moment when you know you're home.
