"I SELL LISTINGS OTHER AGENTS CAN'T" I started my real estate career in Northeast Ohio in 1985. I continued practicing with Jon Douglas Company after moving to the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles in 1986. I joined Coldwell Banker as a Certified Negotiator in 2004 splitting my work between LA & Palm Springs. In 2017 I relocated to the Palm Springs Branch full time to better serve my clients in the desert communities. I currently reside in Palm Springs. My buyers and sellers love working with me because I am honest, forthright and not pushy. At this point in my career, I'm not motivated a paycheck. I'm motivated to obtain a successful outcome for my client without high pressure sales tactics.
