About Hilda

Just a brief summation of who I am. I have lived in the desert full time since 1981, bought and sold real estate since 1985. Was born and raised in Austria where I left behind a large family, and immigrated to Chicago in 1965. There I eventually became the owner and operator of a small restaurant where I was the cook and was able to fulfill my other passion, baking Austrian pastries. That is still my stress release. I do have a son who is now grown and living in Los Angeles. My husband and I have built and refurbished many properties in Chicago and here in the desert. That did give me some accumulated knowledge about construction and knowing first hand what it takes in this industry to handle a transaction of buying and selling real estate. I understand the complexities that can arise in a transfer of property. Therefore, my foremost goal is to make for a successful, trouble free transition and doing my utmost best to accomplish an end result of a happy buyer and seller. Professionalism, trust and honesty is what I am known for. I pride myself in many repeat clients, which some have become close friends. In all this time I have been in the real estate industry, I have gathered many awards. However, my real rewards come from my trusted clients and their referrals, which has become a big portion of my business. My wish is that I may gain your trust and to let my experience and knowledge work for you. Although I have been away from where I was raised for quite a long time, I did retain my native tongue, which is German. That has come in handy once in a while.
