Dan is fluent in Spanish. His low key approach to buying and selling, his ability to listen to his clients’ needs and his genuine interest in his clients has served him well. Dan believes in working hard for the benefit of his clients and treating them the way he would want to be treated – with great service, honesty and respect. A 30-year veteran of the United States Postal Service (USPS), Dan is a long-time Southern California resident and spent many years vacationing in the Palm Springs area until he relocated permanently to the region in 2010. He is actively involved in the community, volunteering considerable time to worthwhile causes such as ALS.org and Diabetes Foundation, enjoys playing tennis, golfing, bowling, cards, swimming and going to the movies – everything that is readily accessible to anyone who may have a desire to live in our area.
