Born and raised in La Costa, Carlsbad, Brittany Barbour offers clients a lifelong understanding of North County San Diego and the communities she proudly serves. As a REALTOR® with the Skip Barbour Real Estate Group at Coldwell Banker Realty, she combines local knowledge, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals. Before returning home to Carlsbad, Brittany built her career in Los Angeles, working in luxury real estate, marketing, and executive-level event production. These experiences helped develop the attention to detail, professionalism, and client-focused approach that she brings to every transaction today. Brittany works alongside her father, Skip Barbour, one of North County San Diego’s most respected real estate professionals. Together, they offer clients the benefit of more than 40 years of experience and over $1 billion in closed real estate transactions. Their team specializes in residential sales, trust and probate transactions, downsizing, investment properties, and helping families navigate important life transitions. Committed to serving her community both professionally and personally, Brittany is a member of ProVisors and serves on the Advisory Council for Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas. She is also a certified Lagree Fitness instructor and enjoys staying active through tennis, pickleball, golf, and fitness.
