Business Philosophy Over the past 48 years I have developed a solid understanding of the residential real estate market. I have enjoyed helping my clients move through the process of buying and selling residential real estate.There is very little I have not been a part of when it comes to finding a solution. Education and Training When I entered college the first decisions was to declare a major. I looked at the selection and there was no question I wanted to major in real estate. At that time the University of Denver was the only school in the nation to offer a BSBA in real estate. Upon arrival I enrolled at the Countywide Escrow School of Real Estate and received my real estate license in 1973. Back then the population of Tucson was 250,000, now after 48 years the population is just short of one million. I can share with you the history of how the metropolitan area grew and why things are the way they are. My wife and I are proud to call Tucson home and are big Wildcat supporters. Tucson has provided countless opportunities for raising our four children, Rachel, Sarah, Ben and Mary.
