Pam is a “true” Tucson native; actually born and raised in Tucson -- and never left. Doug is a Tucson “transplant” from New York City. He describes his adventure as “from skyscrapers to saguaros” and couldn’t be happier living in the lush desert, brilliant skies – no humidity, no mosquitoes, no hurricanes, no snow, no earthquakes – and lots of great restaurants. Both Pam and Doug are retired IBMers. While Doug’s significant marketing and customers skills reached from New York City to Tucson, Pam spent her IBM years right here in Tucson in both sales and marketing -- consulting with clients and developing plans to assist them in reaching their business goals. Pam also developed marketing products for IBM Storage Systems while Doug helped manage the testing process for IBM storage systems products. Carrying on their IBM tradition of customer satisfaction, both Pam and Doug are recipients of many Customer Appreciation Awards.
