About Benjamin

Benjamin grew up in a family of builders, engineers and designers from Houston, Texas. His interest in design, art and architecture began at an early age when he was in junior high school reading his mother's interior design textbooks, and often doing the assigned projects. By his mid-20's, his travels had taken him around the globe where he honed in on his keen sense of design. After leaving Texas, Benjamin created KBC of Palm Springs in 2012. Using his trademark splashes of color, Benjamin created a showroom that focuses on kitchens, baths and closets that improve the comfort, function and resale value of a home. With Benjamin's family background of builders, he keeps a close eye on the real estate market and closely advises his clients on the appropriate amount of investment in upgrades. I many cases he helped clients find the right home to transform it into the client perfect home. After the success of his showroom in Palm Springs, Benjamin sold the business to move back to Texas to Nacogdoches to reconnect with family and friends. After being in East Texas for a few months he realized the lack of good wine and food, which led him to open The Cottage, a boutique restaurant and bar. A year later he acquired a historic old mansion down the street from The Cottage where he restored the house to become a boutique hotel Le Pension Nacogdoches. Both businesses fed one another and became the hub for good food, drinks, and the best place to stay. After 4 years of creating and full filling this dream Benjamin decided to sell both and pass them on to the next stewards. Benjamin realized he missed the desert life and the lifestyle, so he choose to make Tucson his new home and to focus on real estate. He works with buyers and sellers as well as buying and renovating homes for himself. His passion is creating and making lifelong friendships and finding amazing properties for friends (clients) and making their dreams come true in the joy of finding them the perfect home. Benjamin likes to buy local when possible and gives back to the community by supporting many local organizations. Mainly in the Fine Arts and helping art students with their education. Benjamin's belief in real estate is to always listen to the client's needs, but to also sometimes sit outside the box. Most people have an idea of the perfect home. But in many cases, he found them the better home of their dreams.
