The “Town Cryers” have been doing business in the Phoenix, Arizona, and the Northwest Valley since 2003. We have worked hard to become one of the leading real estate teams serving the Surprise, AZ area plus all the retirement communities located in the Northwest valley. Lew, Sandy and Allison are REALTOR members of the Maricopa County of Realtors, Inc., (WEMAR), the National Association of Realtors, and Lifetime Award recipients of the WEMAR President’s Round table. Lew grew up in Northern California, Sandy in Southern California, meeting in the middle, attending California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California. Upon graduation they married, had two children and have lived in four states since 1967. One of those children, Allison, joined the “Town Cryer” real estate team in 2010. Bringing with her, several years of real estate experience from the mountain, beach and resort areas of Southern California. Sandy is an Associate Broker with in-depth training including special real estate courses in Real Estate Practice, Economics, Financing, Property Management, Legal Aspects, Creative Financing, Short Sale Negotiation and 1031 Investment Exchanges. Lew spent years in collegiate athletics and then professional sports, guiding both in the areas of marketing & advertising, promotions & fund raising.
