About Shannon

With over 25 years of experience as a licensed real estate professional, I proudly represent Coldwell Banker Realty in the West Valley of Arizona, continuing my successful career after relocating from Illinois in 2024. Previously based in Barrington, IL, a vibrant Northwest suburb of Chicago, I specialized in residential and luxury properties while earning recognition as a Top Producer and collaborating with a top-performing team. Now, I bring the same dedication, expertise, and personalized service to the Arizona market. My credentials include Certified Relocation Specialist, Military Relocation expertise, and a passion for guiding first-time homebuyers. Additionally, I partner with builders to deliver seamless services for new construction projects. I am excited to connect with clients in the West Valley and help them achieve their real estate goals with professionalism and care.
