I was born and raised on a wheat farm and cattle ranch in north central Montana. I then spent ten years as an assistant grounds superintendent at a golf and country club near my hometown. I later joined a local construction company where I operated heavy equipment. Then in 1998, I relocated to Arizona to go to work for my brother's framing company here in Peoria. I spent seven years with his company and then decided to venture out on my own. I licensed as a General Contractor in 2007 and began doing small building jobs and remodels, mainly in the Sun City area. My handyman service in the Sun City area has led to many bath and kitchen remodels, including some work for existing agents in the Sun City Coldwell Banker Realty office. That interaction led me to pursue a career in real estate. As a licensed agent and handyman, I feel I can assist buyers and sellers with their housing needs.
