Welcome to the Valley of the Sun! Where the average temperature in the summer varies from 104 to 110... but it's a dry heat. We have two seasons, Spring Summer. With an average temperature of 75, Winter really does not exist in the Phoenix area. If you enjoy cold weather, a short 3 hour trip will take you to high country, where you can ski and enjoy one of the 7 Wonders of the World, the Grand Canyon.I have lived in the Valley of the Sun since 1986, and I've seen many changes.
