About Jesse

Real Estate Agent-Coldwell Banker Growing up in the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains, and as a son of a general contractor, I have lived and built/remodeled homes all across the Wasatch front and Wasatch back. I have lived in Park City, Salt Lake City (Avenues and Sugarhouse), Cottonwood Heights, and Bluffdale. As an avid skier, cyclist, mt. biker, and hiker, I know these areas and the Wasatch mountains inside and out. After graduating with a degree in business marketing, and moving to Seattle for many years, I returned to Park City to work for All Seasons Resort Lodging for over eight years. As General Manager I worked with many condominium owners and their realtors during the buying and selling process. In addition, I executed property management contracts, and assisted owners with property remodels and upgrades. I have gained valuable experience through many of my own real estate transactions which include, buying and selling a condominium, vacant land, building my own home in Park City, and a full tear down and modern home rebuild in Sugarhouse. Having been on both sides of real estate transactions, I understand that real estate transactions are not just an investment, but can be an emotional process as well. It is my mission to understand my buyers and sellers and to provide the kind of service and guidance that make the process smooth, low pressure, and a memorable experience.
