About Christy

Christy Davenport understands the excitement as well as the magnitude of purchasing a home. She is sure to spend time getting to know her clients, their needs, and how they see their future. As a full-service, seasoned agent, Christy is always happy to go the extra mile and tirelessly analyzes the market to get the best price for both her buyers and sellers. She creates effective marketing packages for sellers and leverages her expert negotiation skills for buyers. But communication is key for Christy, and so she always takes the time to answer all of her clients' questions along the way. In 2004, Christy began as a commercial real estate professional before transitioning to residential in 2010. Throughout her career, she has consistently been a top performer, and she continues to earn Platinum Agent status. Along with being a licensed Realtor®, she is a member of the respective state and national Realtor® associations. Her dynamic experience with a range of clients, managing everything from short sales to trusts, proves she delivers the same value at all price points. Growing up in Orange County, California, and later moving to Riverside, Christy has lived in everything from beachfront to historic homes. Her experience moving around gave her an appreciation for Architecture and Interior Design, two interests that led her to her career in Real Estate. Outside of work, Christy is a vital part of her Riverside community and volunteers in many neighborhood organizations, including the committee for building the Gold Star Families Memorial Monument at the Riverside National Cemetery. Christy also is a Blue Star Mom. She enjoys spending time with her four kids and five grandchildren, as well as traveling and being with friends.
