Pan Steele graduated from a prestigious pharmacy school in Thailand and obtained her Master's degree in Clinical Pharmacy after attending an international pharmacy practice at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She worked in various pharmacies and taught in schools and colleges in VA, MI, NY and FL. Her family has purchased and sold several homes in multiple states. This helped her to understand the hidden value of homes and the relocation process. At the same time, she gradually developed a compassion for real estate.
After several trips to Florida, she fell in love with the beauty and relaxed way of life of southwest Florida. She became a second homeowner in Florida for 2 years before her family and their beloved dog, Max, moved there full-time.
She has dealt with many real estate agents in various states in the past. Sometimes, it was good and sometimes it was very frustrating and stressful. She has learned from those experiences to listen and offer the best solutions for her clients, so they can make good decisions. She works hard to be the most effective and a trust worthy individual possible. Also, her studying, working and teaching in the medical field has taught her to be attentive to details, organized as well as a strong bilingual communicator, and an advocate for great customer care. She strongly believes that the entire process of buying and selling a home should be as enjoyable and stress free as possible.
For her, TRUST, INTEGRITY, PASSION and COMMITMENT are essential. She thoroughly enjoys meeting new people, learning new things, and helping others. She loves dogs, enjoys riding her bike and playing Pickleball. She frequently goes to many nearby beautiful beaches, downtown Venice, downtown Sarasota, watches the Florida wildlife and beautiful sunsets as well as eats and cooks Thai food.
She is a licensed REALTORS in the State of Florida and a member of The National Association of REALTORS, Florida REALTORS and REALTORS Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM). She recently became a member of Global Business Council Committee for RASM in 2020.
