After majoring in Marketing and Advertising at IFAM Business School in France, I pursued a successful 10 years working his way up to account director and marketing consultant. Though a veteran of the sales and marketing industry since 2005, I made the transition from the world of media to real estate just a few years ago.

In growing up, I was taught to “enjoy what your doing, do it well, and keeping learning from it ”. In trying to find what was for me I had a variety of experiences, from working under the direction of Marketing VP at Harry Winston, to working in a variety of sales and management positions. During that time, I met people who taught me the importance of pursuing excellence – no matter what your profession.
Somewhere along my journey, I came to learn about the Japanese concept of Kaizen. It is the Japanese word for improvement. In business, it is a philosophy used to improve a service or process through attention to detail and creative thinking. In my real estate practice, I use Kaizen to express The Relentless Pursuit of Excellence. Every day I ask, “how can I do this better?”
