Finding the right real estate agent that fits your personality, understands your desires and needs, and has the experience, integrity and trust to guide you through the home-buying and selling process can be one of the hardest decisions you can make in your life. My grandparents, Bob & Gloria Rybarczyk, started Action Realty back in 1970. Following in their footsteps, my parents Rob & Kris Rybarczyk took over in 1997, growing it to the largest and top producing real estate agency in Central Wisconsin. My entire life, I have watched my parents and grandparents help countless families buy and sell properties throughout the region, instilling in me the passion and experience to help others like you make the best real estate decisions and guide you through the buying and selling process as easily and smooth as possible. My career in real estate started when I was still in high school as an administrative assistant in our front office, working behind-the-scenes entering listings into appropriate marketing systems and fielding calls from buyers, sellers, and potential customers. Days I wasn’t in the office, I was working to help maintain and manage rental properties for my father’s investment company.
