I started my real estate career in 1996. I purchased the company from my father and became the owner of Van Hollen Realty in 1997. In 2010 we merged with the Coldwell Banker Team which was a great decision! Dedicated to furthering my knowledge, I have earned the following designations; GRI – Graduate Real Estate Institute CRS – Certified Residential Specialist ABR – Accredited Buyers Representative E-PRO – Certification of Internet Professionalism I have a passion for technology and that has played an important role in my success as a real estate agent. I have been the #1 listing and sales agent in my area for over 15 years. I served on the Superior Board of Realtors from 2000 to 2021, serving 2 terms as President. I am currently serving as a director and Representative to the State Association for the Lake Superior Board of Realtors. I have been on both the Wisconsin Board of Realtor’s Strategic Planning and Recognition Committees. I served on the Iron River Chamber of Commerce Board for 10 years and am a past president. Not All Business!! I grew up in and enjoy hunting, fishing, swimming and all the outdoor activities that Northern Wisconsin has to offer. I have 4 grown and married children and 9 grandchildren and love to spend time with them. I volunteer on our local ambulance service as an EMT. I am also an active Member of Mission Covenant Church.
