I have been in real estate almost as long as I have lived in Vancouver USA--since 2003. I have an additional 20+ years experience in Financial Planning, Sales and Marketing. I am passionate about assisting my clients in finding their dream home--whether it is first-time homebuyers, buyers who are moving up, or those looking to add a vacation home. With Sellers, I market properties utilizing sound planning, professional ethics, and a strong company support system. Working with investors has been challenging and thrilling--with first-time investors or savvy, mature investors--or assisting in a 1031 Exchange.
