About Brad

My journey to becoming a realtor has provided me with a solid foundation with which to serve clients. Prior to becoming a Realtor I was a home inspector. With over 3000 inspections under my belt, I have a set of skills that sets me apart from other Realtors. I am not afraid to get my hands dirty jumping into an attic, crawlspace or on top of a roof to ensure inspectors and contractors did a thorough job for my client. For listings, my inspection experience allows me to advise seller on the most pertinent repairs and upgrades they should perform to make their listing most presentable and fetch a higher sale price. Furthermore, I am Veteran of the U.S. Army and I hold a B.Sc. in Oceanography. My life's experience makes me the ideal Realtor for all your real estate needs.
