Paddle Inn is a well loved, well maintained, and charming seasonal cottage ready for it's next chapter. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, one on the first floor, and two large bedrooms on the second floor. Most of the furnishings will remain, and the property is ready to use. The cottage includes a 15 ft access to the lake, for this cottage, right by the camp, see maps in documents. The access has a concrete landing and a large new dock as of 2022. There is also a mooring in place remains. Long Point is a small charming summer community with a playground, tennis court, individual garden plots, if desired, and great places to walk and ride your bicycle.
