Souls seeking inspiration may just find it here as they wander through the vast hillside of graceful birch trees and stone walls. Old woods roads lead you far up the hill eventually resolving into intriguing rocky outcroppings. There is bird habitat galore, so bring your binoculars and Audubon guide. The land faces Northeast providing excellent artists light and a sense of tranquility. Located near the beginning of Leclair Road before conditions get really gnarly this parcel is fairly accessible. This is a true class 4 road and requires a vehicle with good ground clearance and 4x4, it's a VAST snowmobile trail in the winter. Please don't block the road when parking to walk the land. No perc testing or permitting has been completed. No utilities at roadside though there is good cell reception.
