Home is sold as-is based on the strength of the market, the home has been cared for. The central vacuum has not been used for years and may or may not be functioning, everything else should be working fine. No furniture can convey with home, it has been left to family. The owners have used paths in the woods to walk to the lake but some have become overgrown this summer.
