About Gary

Hello, My name is Gary Madsen. I was born and raised in Northern Utah and I have a true love for this community. After attending Utah State University and obtaining my degree I began my professional life living in the Salt Lake City area. I ran a successful fitness business for over 13 years but was not truly happy until I found my calling as a Real Estate Professional in 2002. After beginning my career in Real Estate in the Ogden area, I found myself being drawn back home to Box Elder County. In 2011, I returned to my roots and purchased the Coldwell Banker Office here in Tremonton. I have enjoyed helping scores of people with both the purchase and sale of property since returning and becoming the Owner & Broker of this great company. A real estate transaction whether buying or selling is most likely one of the biggest financial transactions of your life. I am honored by the trust my clients put in my hands, knowing I will treat them honestly and ethically. Many people ask me what I enjoy most about the Real Estate profession.
