Real Estate Background Sandra received her real estate license in 1993 and has worked her entire career at Coldwell Banker Realty in the Sugar House office. Sandra consistently ranks in the top 3% of agents. Her strengths include a strong work ethic and deep commitment to her clients. Personal Background Sandra and her husband, Ted are both graduates of the University of Utah. They have raised two daughters in the Gilmer Park neighborhood of Sugar House. In her free time she enjoys hiking in the Foothills, skiing in the Wasatch, and participating in local philanthropies. Sandra serves on two non-profit boards: The Children's Center and National Charity League.
