About Manoj

Manoj Adhikari was born and raised in the Himalayas of Nepal and is a graduate of the University of Utah. Having called Utah home for more than a decade, he possesses a deep understanding of the culture, neighborhoods, and long-standing legacy of the Salt Lake Valley. Manoj began his real estate career at the Sugar House office, where he was recognized as Rookie of the Year and quickly earned a five-star reputation for his professionalism, responsiveness, and results-driven approach. His experience spans the full spectrum of residential real estate, from first-time homebuyers to multi-million-dollar luxury properties. He currently serves as an Associate Broker, bringing elevated expertise and leadership to every transaction. A member of the International Diamond Society, Manoj has successfully helped dozens of clients buy and sell homes throughout the state of Utah. As a licensed mortgage broker, skilled negotiator, and real estate investor, he brings a comprehensive, strategic perspective to every transaction. Outside of real estate, Manoj enjoys backpacking, skiing, landscape photography, and traveling to new destinations.
