About Manoj

“BUILDING A COMMUNITY ONE AT A TIME”. Manoj Adhikari was born and raised in the Himalayas of Nepal and graduated from the University of Utah. Utah has been his home for more than a decade and understands the culture, neighborhood & legacy of the Salt Lake Valley extremely well. Manoj started his career at Sugarhouse office where he was named Rookie of the Year and earned a five-star reputation. As he enjoys his real estate journey, he knows the process of finding the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood, for the right price including multi-million-dollar luxury homes. He is now a member of the International Sterling Society and has helped his clients buy and sell dozens of homes in the state of Utah. As a professional mortgage broker, talented negotiator & a real estate investor, Manoj works above and beyond to ensure his clients have the least stress and most fulfilling transaction as he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in real estate. In his leisure time, he loves backpacking, skiing, landscape photography & traveling to new places. He is in love with this mountain town.
