I’m Kristofor Altenburger, a Coldwell Banker real estate agent serving the Salt Lake City area. With more than 20 years of sales experience, I bring a relationship-focused approach built on communication, professionalism, and trust. One of my priorities is helping clients navigate real estate transactions securely and with respect for their privacy. Real estate fraud is a serious and growing concern, including wire fraud, seller impersonation, closing fraud, and mortgage fraud. I use established security practices and tools to help reduce these risks and encourage my clients to verify important information and ask questions throughout the transaction. I specialize in first-time buyers, families, and relocations. Having moved to Utah two decades ago and purchasing a home, I understand the excitement—and sometimes the stress—of the process firsthand. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time in Utah’s great outdoors fly fishing, hiking, mountain biking, trail running, and skiing! My goal is simple: to provide professional, personal, and secure guidance while helping you find a place you're proud to call home.
