I’m Kristofor Altenburger, a licensed real estate agent with Coldwell Banker, serving the greater Salt Lake City area. I bring over 20 years of professional sales experience, which has taught me that success always starts with listening, communication, and trust. My passion for helping people find their place in Utah comes from personal experience — I relocated here myself 15 years ago for a career opportunity. That journey gave me a firsthand understanding of what it’s like to move to a new state, find the right home, and build a life in a new community. Now, I love helping others do the same. I specialize in first-time buyers, family buyers, and relocations, guiding clients through every step of the process with honesty, patience, and care. Having bought my own first home four years ago, I know that while the process can feel overwhelming, the end result — finding your perfect home — is worth every step. My goal is to make that journey as stress-free and rewarding as possible. Outside of real estate, I’m all about family and the outdoors. My wife, daughter, and our dog keep me grounded and inspired, and when I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me fly fishing, hiking, mountain biking, trail running, or skiing in Utah’s incredible mountain landscapes.
