About Jody

Jody Kimball is a licensed Utah Realtor and is an active member of the Park City Board of Realtors. She currently holds a position on the Social Committee, RPAC Committee, and Safety Committee. Jody is actively involved in community fundraising and events. She actively participates in Running with Ed, an educational foundation, and is a proud supporter of the Boys and Girls Club and The Special Olympics. In 2014, Jody received the Distinguished New Member award from the Park City Board of Realtors. She also received accolades from 2014-2022 as a recipient of the Professional Achievement Award in recognition for her active involvement with the Park City Board and community service. In 2021, Jody was awarded the Coldwell Banker Customer Service Award for her hard work and amazing service! Jody is also a Top Producer and achieved the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society Award in 2020, the Coldwell Banker International President's Circle Award in 2021 and 2023, and the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society Award in 2022. Jody dutifully maintains a high level of education and training. She is a member of the Park City Board of Realtors, the Wasatch Front Multiple Listing Service, the Washington County Multiple Listing Service, and the National Association of Realtors. Jody is a Utah native and longtime Park City resident. Her in-depth market knowledge of Park City and the Salt Lake Valley makes her an ideal Advisor.
