About Corey

Corey Hansen, REALTOR®, was born in San Francisco and raised in Salt Lake City, giving him a lifelong understanding of the Wasatch Front and the neighborhoods that define it. Having witnessed the city’s evolution over decades, Corey brings both historical perspective and current market insight to every transaction. Married since 1981 to his wife and business partner, fellow REALTOR® Lisa Hansen, Corey approaches real estate as a long-term investment built on trust, continuity, and thoughtful decision-making. After raising their family in Cottonwood Heights and Holladay, they now live downtown—experience that allows Corey to guide clients seamlessly across both urban and suburban markets. Before entering real estate, Corey spent more than 30 years in senior sales and management leadership roles, where success depended on strategy, discretion, and client service at a high level. That foundation continues to shape his real estate practice today. In addition to residential real estate, Corey’s involvement in estate sales and asset transitions gives clients a distinct advantage. His understanding of personal property, valuation, timing, and presentation helps clients make informed decisions that align real estate goals with broader lifestyle and financial considerations. He currently serves on the Board of his condominium association, providing practical insight into HOA governance, building operations, and shared-property ownership.
