About Catherine

As a Utah native, Catherine has a unique appreciation and knowledge of our diverse state. Born in Utah County, she has lived in the mountains high above a ski resort, on a ranch in rural eastern Utah, and made Salt Lake City her home base 23 years ago. Utah is where she met her husband of more than 20 years, and where she is choosing to raise her three children. She has moved away several times but is always drawn back to Utah by its amazing people, easy access to the outdoors and the high quality of life. Catherine understands that your home is not only likely your largest monetary investment, but also an emotional investment in your future and is passionate about helping to ease the process for her clients and help them feel comfortable with each step. With twenty years of real life renovation experience, Catherine is adept at helping buyers understand how to make a prospective house work for them, as well as helping advise sellers on any necessary updates to help get their home market ready. She holds a bachelors degree in English and prides herself on her clear communication skills, attention to detail, and her ability to negotiate, ensuring your home-buying or selling experience is not just transactional, but a well-crafted journey. Outside the world of real estate, you’ll find her exploring her many hobbies - whether it’s hiking the diverse outdoor wonders Utah has to offer, losing herself in a good book, or creating art through quilting, knitting, cooking or gardening. She Is currently knee deep in renovating her own 100+ year old historic home in Yalecrest.
