About Eileen

Eileen Sugiarto, a member of Patton Group Properties, joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2018. She is a full service residential real estate agent with experience in single family homes and condos in Salt Lake City and the surrounding valley. She is a professional dedicated to providing the highest quality service for her clients. Eileen's association with Coldwell Banker and their world-wide network of offices and agents provides maximum exposure for her clients' properties to potential buyers from across the country and the globe. Eileen graduated from the University of Washington where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Prior to her career in real estate, she worked for nearly a decade for a national law firm, using her economics background and analytical skills to provide research in complex litigation. The transition to real estate was a natural one for her as it combines her passions for the Salt Lake community and architecture with her experience with legal contracts and negotiation. Eileen, born in Los Angeles, has lived in Seattle and New York City before making Salt Lake City her home. She and her husband, a mathematics professor at the University of Utah, have very happily settled in Emigration Canyon. When she is not working she can be found skiing in the nearby mountains, hiking with her dog, or checking out Salt Lake's hottest restaurants. Her favorite aspect of living in Utah is being able to live in a thriving metropolitan area while still having easy access to pristine mountains and forests.
